Si informa che, a partire dal 16/07/2025 alle ore 11:22 (ora italiana), è stato messo online il nuovo sito web ufficiale alilaguna.it.

Tutti gli account registrati e gli ordini effettuati prima di tale data e ora resteranno attivi e consultabili esclusivamente sul vecchio sito, ora raggiungibile all’indirizzo:

Per gli ordini successivi a questa data, invitiamo a utilizzare il nuovo portale.

Si avvisano i gentili passeggeri che a seguito di un confronto e chiarimento con l'Amministrazione Comunale, nella persona dell'Assessore Michele Zuin, Alilaguna estenderà dal prossimo mese di maggio la vendita dell'abbonamento mensile relativo alla "tratta intermedia" del servizio TPL di navigazione, attualmente previsto nel tariffario al costo di 35,00 euro, anche alla tratta Murano - Lido e viceversa.

Questa iniziativa sperimentale verrà monitorata per valutare gli effetti e i benefici di un adeguamento volto ad agevolare quella parte di clientela che non ha la necessità di utilizzare il servizio per recarsi in aeroporto e che quindi potrà usufruirne senza dover sostenere il pagamento dell'intera tariffa mensile di 45,00 euro.

Alilaguna reminds that between April 18th and July 27th, 2025, on certain days,  every visitor to Venice is required to pay an admission fee directly by the Venice Municipality, except for various exclusions.

We inform our passengers that, from the 1st of April, Alilaguna ticket fares will be subjected to an adjustment.

This increase takes into account ISTAT/FOI updates that have occurred since the last rate change dating back to 2012.
