NOTICE TO PASSENGERS SUSPENDED SERVICE - SAN MARCO GIARDINETTI

Dear passengers, we inform you that on Sunday, April 28th, 2024, due to Pope Francis’s visit to the city and to set up the area, the San Marco Giardinetti stop will be suspended from 00:01 until 15:00 and, in any case, until the completion of the operations.

The Santa Maria del Giglio and San Zaccaria stops will remain in regular operation throughout the event.

The lines will undergo the following changes:

The Linea Blu and Linea Rossa on April 28, from 00:01 to 15:00 will not stop at San Marco Giardinetti.
The Linea Blu departing from the Airport on April 27, at 23:20 and the one departing on April 28, at 00:20 will not stop at San Marco Giardinetti.
The Linea Blu departing from the Airport on April 27, at 23:50 will end the ride at San Zaccaria stop.
The Linea Arancio will run regularly.

In order to guarantee the issue of subscriptions, also from authorised retailers, all users have to register their personal data and sign the consents for the privacy treatment only in the Alilaguna enabled ticket offices.

ADMISSION FEE

Alilaguna wants to inform you that, on specific days occurring from April 25 to July 14, every person visiting Venice is required by the Venice Municipality to pay an admission fee, with the exclusion of some selected categories.

To get further information regarding the dates, the payment methods or to benefit from the exclusions, go to the website: cda.ve.it.

TRANSPORT BONUS

Please kindly be informed that from 17 April 2023 it is possible to request the transport bonus for the purchase of an Alilaguna monthly / annual pass.

To use the Transport Bonus for the purchase of the Alilaguna monthly/annual pass, it will be necessary to go to the Alilaguna Isola Nuova del Tronchetto 34 office from Tuesday to Thursday from 10.00 to 13.00.

WARNING: the subscriptions for the following month are issued starting from the 21st of the current month.
